The website eu.klytic.com is published by DEDICACE SOFTWARE, an SAS with share capital of 10 000 €, 4 route de la Côte à Bournet, 16440 Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, France, SIRET 531 466 167 00032 (hereinafter “Klytic” or “we”), the controller of the personal data collected through the website.

This policy explains how we process the personal data of website visitors and of persons who contact us through it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
The data we process on behalf of our clients as part of the Klytic services (email, documents, CRM, telephony, email filtering) is governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Data Protection page.
We collect only the data that is necessary:
- the data you enter in our forms (contact, quotation request, free trial, subscription, becoming a partner): surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company and the information you provide to us about your project;
- technical data relating to your browsing: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of connection.
Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms. Without this information, we would be unable to process your request.
Your data is used to:
- respond to your contact, quotation or partnership requests and send you an acknowledgement of receipt: pre-contractual measures taken at your request;
- set up a free trial or a subscription: performance of the contract;
- send you, as a professional, information about our services in connection with your request: legitimate interest, with the option to object at any time;
- ensure the security of the website and prevent abuse (spam, attacks): legitimate interest;
- measure website traffic, without cookies, in order to improve it: legitimate interest.
We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for targeted advertising purposes.
Your data is intended solely for the Klytic teams responsible for handling your request and, where your request falls within another geographical zone, for the Klytic entity of that zone.
It may be processed by our technical service providers, to the extent necessary for their tasks:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), the website’s hosting provider;
- BunnyWay d.o.o. – bunny.net (Slovenia), a content delivery network (CDN) that speeds up the display of the website;
- Google (reCAPTCHA), a service protecting forms against spam;
- Google Fonts, for the display of certain typefaces.
Audience measurement is carried out with Matomo, hosted on our own servers: statistics are not shared with any third party.
The website is hosted in the European Union (Germany).
Some service providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
- contact and quotation requests not followed up: 3 years from our last exchange;
- client data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then for the limitation and archiving periods provided for by law;
- technical and security logs: 12 months maximum;
- traffic statistics: 25 months maximum.
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
The website does not use any advertising or social network cookies. It only sets:
- a language cookie (wp-wpml_current_language), which remembers the chosen language for 24 hours;
- technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website;
- on pages containing a protected form, the cookies of the Google reCAPTCHA service, which make it possible to distinguish humans from bots.
Matomo audience measurement is configured without tracking cookies.
You may delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. However, blocking technical cookies may prevent forms from being submitted.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to set out directives concerning the fate of your data after your death. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected], specifying the subject of your request. We will reply within one month.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of exchanges (HTTPS), web application firewall, filtering of malicious access, access restricted to authorised persons only, and regular backups.
We may amend this policy, in particular to take account of legal developments or changes to our services. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
