Terms of Use \u2013 Klytic CRM<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Version dated September 22, 2026<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

These Terms of Use define the specific conditions for using the Klytic CRM<\/a> service and supplement the Provider's General Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Professional and lawful use<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Klytic CRM is intended for managing customer relationships, prospects, contacts, products, opportunities, and the Client's business processes.

The Client is responsible for the use of the service and the data recorded therein.

The Client undertakes to comply with applicable regulations, particularly regarding personal data protection, commercial prospecting, data retention, and intellectual property.

The Client must not use the service to process or distribute data that they are not legally authorized to process.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Data and responsibility<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Client is responsible for:

- the lawfulness of data collection and use;
- the accuracy of recorded information;
- access rights granted to users;
- data retention periods;
- deletion or modification of data when it must no longer be retained;
- informing and, where necessary, obtaining consent from data subjects.

The Provider is not responsible for the compliance of processing carried out by the Client when such processing falls under the Client's responsibility.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

4. Users and access rights<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Client must assign each user an individual account whenever possible.

Access rights must be limited to the professional needs of each user.

Accounts of users who no longer have access authorization must be deactivated without delay.

Login credentials, passwords, recovery codes, and other authentication secrets must never be disclosed to unauthorized persons.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

5. Capacity and sizing<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Client selects the number of users and capacity corresponding to their needs.

For dedicated instances and dedicated servers, resources are estimated based in part on the declared number of users.

This estimate may become insufficient in the event of significant changes in activity or intensive use of the service.

A large number of external users, a large volume of data, a catalog containing a large number of products, a significant quantity of operations, or any other intensive use may require an increase in resources.

This increase may be subject to a quote.

Certain features or adaptations intended to maintain or improve performance may also be billed on a quote basis.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

6. Catalog and large volumes<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the chosen capacity sizing is adequate for the volume of data and the number of items they wish to manage.

Managing a particularly large catalog, importing or mass-updating data, automated processing, or any operation requiring significant computing or indexing capacity may require a specific technical service.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. Capacity reduction<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Client may request a reduction in subscribed capacity or sizing.

Any capacity reduction requiring technical intervention is subject to a prior quote and is carried out only after verification of its technical feasibility.

The Client remains responsible for ensuring that the new sizing is adequate for their use.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

8. Security<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Client must implement security measures appropriate to their activity, particularly protecting their accounts, devices, and administrative access.

Any suspected compromise must be reported to the Provider without delay.

Multi-factor authentication should be used for accounts with administrative rights when available.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

9. Acceptance<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t
